These rifles are configured and regulated as "Assault Weapons" in California.
These rifles as configured are not regulated as "Assault Weapons" in California.
When using the MMG on your "Off List" Rifle, do not have any banned features (a - f) on your rifle. Keep your rifle 30 inches or longer and have a minimum barrel length of 16 inches.
The MMG will not take a unregistered Category 1 & 2 "listed" firearm out of assault weapon status. If it is listed, nothing you can do can make it CA legal again.

In California, this is what the law say's as to what qualifies as a "Pistol Grip" on a rifle.
"A pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon."

ATTENTION OTHER STATES:
